Harrison graduated with a double major in Chemistry and Biology from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. He has spent over 20 years in various R&D, sales, key account management, distributor management, and sales management roles in the industrial chemical and personal care markets.
Before taking the role as General Manager of IndSpyre Solutions, Harrison held various roles with its sister company, Essential Ingredients. In 2017, Harrison joined Ei as a Sales Director, leading the North Region team, and in 2020, he was appointed to the role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In 2022, Harrison was promoted to Senior Vice President of Commercial Development, where he was ultimately asked to lead the new business, IndSpyre Solutions.
Harrison currently lives near the office in Suwanee, GA with his wife Christina, and two children, Ava and Evan. Among Harrison’s hobbies are playing guitar, running, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Barry Tannenbaum, Vice President
In 1997, Barry co-founded J. Tech Sales, a specialty chemical distribution company, serving as its Executive Vice President and shareholder. Over two decades, he played a crucial role in driving double-digit growth year after year, ultimately helping build J. Tech Sales into a top 30 ICIS North American chemical distribution company. In 2018, the company achieved a successful sale to a private equity group. In 2023, Barry officially joined the IndSpyre Solutions team. Barry serves as our Vice President, bringing his reputation in the HI&I marketplace and vast knowledge & expertise in the field.
Barry is a resident of Boca Raton, Florida, where he enjoys a fulfilling family life with his spouse and two adult children. His hobbies include golf and chess, where he has achieved the status of a master chess player.
Jeffrey Tannenbaum
Jeffrey Tannenbaum’s global perspective is a testament to his extensive travels. During his tenure at ESI, he authorized distributors and licenses throughout Southeast Asia and Europe. These experiences allowed him to immerse himself in various cultures, enriching his understanding of diversity. This cultural awareness has played a pivotal role in his leadership roles, enhancing his ability to collaborate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers. Most recently, he has taken on the role of a consultant at IndSpyre Solutions, continuing to share his expertise and contribute to the specialty chemical industry. With over 40 years of experience, he remains a stalwart steward of the industry, leaving an indelible mark on its growth and development.
Jeffrey is not only a business leader but also a devoted family man and pillar of the community. Married with two adult children, he and his family call Boca Raton, Florida, their home. In his spare time, he is an avid enthusiast of golf, fishing, and tennis.
Jonathan Parker, Director, Operations & Product Management
Jonathan graduated from the University of Florida, and also completed a foreign specialization program in Economics in Brazil. He has 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, all of which have been in the HI&I market, and has performed many roles including sales, sales management, operations management, procurement, and supplier management.
Jonathan joined IndSpyre Solutions in November of 2023, and currently holds the role of Director, Operations & Product Management.
Jonathan currently lives outside the port city of Vitoria in Brazil with his wife and two teenage sons. In his spare time, he enjoys various beach activities and traveling with his family.
Steve Rodriguez, Business Development Director
Steve Rodriguez joined our team in 2017 as the first dedicated HI&I employee in the history of the company, making him a key part of growing and developing this sector of the business in both the US and Canada. Now, he's taken on the role of leading our Business Development team at IndSpyre, helping us to continue expanding into new markets with new customers.
With over 2 decades of work experience in Sales & Technical support roles, Steve has obtained a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry, allowing him to serve as a technical resource and trusted partner for all the customers he serves. Additionally, Steve has spent much of his time working with the management team and sales organization to uncover new opportunities for growth – all the while developing his own book of business.
Despite his professional accomplishments, Steve takes the most pride in being a husband and father to his wonderful family. When he’s not on the job, you can find Steve traveling with his wife, watching football and lacrosse games, shredding the ski slopes, eating arroz con pollo, and being a loving father to his son and two daughters.
Alison Nally, Business Development Executive
Alison is a Business Development Executive who has been with Essential Ingredients, and now IndSpyre Solutions, for nearly two decades. Prior to joining the team, Alison worked in Sales & Technical Service positions – both of which strengthened her gift for working alongside her customers to solve technical and formulation problems. Outside of work, Alison enjoys a wide range of hobbies from cross-stitching, staining glass, riding her motorcycle (she's covered the entire continental U.S.!), and spending time with her dogs and cats. Alison is thankful to be a part of the IndSpyre Solutions team and for the opportunity it has given her to interact with many amazing customers who she now considers family.
Ryan Charlton, Senior Business Development Manager
Ryan Charlton is a Senior Business Development Manager for IndSpyre Solutions. Studying at Michigan State University, Ryan graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media studies with a minor in Business.
For the whole of his career, Ryan has worked in chemical sales, serving as an Account Manager, among other related positions, for both Ecolab and BASF. With his knowledgeable background and drive to succeed, Ryan has demonstrated incredible skill and expertise in areas of negotiation, budgeting, sales operations, and more – all of which have successfully extended Ei, and now IndSpyre's reach into new markets.
When he’s not at work, Ryan can be found somewhere outdoors with his family enjoying activities like wake surfing, fishing, skiing, and more in the city of Highland, Michigan where he now resides.
Tim Pfeiffer, Senior Business Development Manager
Tim Pfeiffer is originally from Ohio and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University. He has worked in the chemical industry for over thirty years in various sales and business development roles. Based out of Colorado, he has spent the majority of his career working for Vitech International and Ashland Chemical serving multiple and diverse industries with a focus on HI&I applications. He joins IndSpyre Solutions as Sr. Business Development Manager to grow the Western region.
Tim and his wife Susan have three children; Drew, Ally and Sam. Outside of work they have spent time raising family and following the kids around in hockey, tennis and soccer. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing golf and traveling.
Rich Pomerantz, Business Development Executive
Rich graduated from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI with a Marketing Degree. He has spent over 45 years in numerous roles in the chemical industry, including 20 years as the President of Reliable Solutions.
Prior to coming to IndSpyre Solutions, Rich spent 10 years at JTech/Maroon Group/Barentz.
Rich lives in Buffalo Grove, IL, with his wife Sue and their furry rescue dog, Jett. Rich’s daughter, Mallory, lives in Chicago and works for Amazon.
Kyle Moye, Business Development Manager
Kyle Moye is a Business Development Manager for IndSpyre Solutions. Studying at Kent State University, Kyle graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
Kyle has over 18 years of experience in chemical distribution sales, including Chemical Applications Specialist with Coyne Chemical and Account Manager for Azelis. He holds a wealth of expertise in a variety of chemical applications leading to a diverse knowledge base.
Originally from Beaver Falls, PA, Kyle is an avid Steelers Fan, sporting his Terrible Towel on gamedays. Kyle is now based in Allentown, PA. with his wife and two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with family.
Sam Woodford, Business Development Representative
Sam serves the IndSpyre Solutions team as a Business Development Representative. Studying at The University of North Georgia, Sam graduated with a Bachelor's in Public Relations and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
He has been with Cathedral Holdings for over 7 years and has experience in several roles across the company.
Sam lives in Gainesville, GA with his wife Abby and they are expecting their first child in November! In his spare time, he loves a wide range of hobbies from playing music to trail running and traveling.
John Schierlmann, Technical Director
John graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Chemistry. He has spent over 30 years in R&D, innovation, and product management in raw materials, wood care, floor care and I&I markets.
Before taking the role as Technical Director, John held roles as Director of Innovation and R&D global floor care with Bona. Product manager and Technical Service Manager with Specialty Polymers, a specialty acrylic resin producer. Technical Director for wood care for Rustoleum, supporting brands such as Varathane, Watco, Parks Pro, Zinsser, Wolman, and Rustoleum. He holds 5 patents in wood care, air care and preservation. John is the chair of the scientific committee at HCPA (Household and Commercial Products Association) and recently served on the Board of Directors.
John's wife is Carol and they have four grown children: Alex, Jack, Davis and Haley. He enjoys traveling and going to concerts with the kids, woodworking, cycling and photography.
Henry Fornuto, Marketing Specialist
Henry graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a minor in Design and Media. He has been managing brands since 2020 and is now coordinating marketing efforts for IndSpyre Solutions.
Henry joined IndSpyre Solutions in May of 2023, and currently holds the role of Marketing Specialist.
Henry lives in the suburbs of the metro-Atlanta area and is engaged to his fiancée, Nicole. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, playing pickleball, and going to concerts.
Julie Vibert, Director of Customer Experience
Julie Vibert was born in Central Florida and has lived in Georgia since 1981. She graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She has held several positions in retail and district sales management. Her background also includes customer service, teaching, medical transcription, and being mom to two children. Julie started her career with Essential Ingredients as a Customer Service Representative in 2010 and transitioned to the Purchasing Department in 2016. She and her husband Steve are avid baseball fans, and are season ticket holders to the local Atlanta Braves affiliate, The Gwinnett Stripers.
Amy Carter, Customer Relationship Specialist
Amy Carter joined the Ei team in 2018 in our samples department. In 2020, she moved into a Customer Service role, and in 2023, she joined the IndSpyre team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.
Amy is an experienced and reliable customer relationship specialist with extensive knowledge in providing excellent customer care. She has a strong dedication to helping customers resolve issues and cultivating relationships.
At home, she enjoys spending time with her boys, Julian and Jackson, and two dogs, Cinco and Finn. Her favorite shows of all time are The Walking Dead and The Golden Girls.
Jacob Bagwell, Customer Relationship Specialist
Jacob is a native of Georgia, born and raised in Lawrenceville. He attended Kennesaw State University where he worked as a Production Assistant for KSUTV for 2 years. He also spent some time partnering with a local catering company where he focused on building positive client relationships.
Most recently, he worked for Gwinnett County as a Level 3 Water Operator at the Shoal Creek Filter Plant where he performed lab testing on water samples to ensure safety levels, managed process interruptions, and helped to maintain plant safety. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from American Public University.
Outside of work, Jacob likes to spend time outdoors or in the woods. He enjoys fishing and learning new things. His most recent interest is in beekeeping, and he would love to have his own apiary in the future.

Jenn Grossman, Customer Support Specialist
Jenn Grossman joined the Ei team in 2018 as a Customer Support Specialist and transitioned to the IndSpyre team in 2023. Jenn has over a decade of experience in customer service. She understands customer needs and is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to deliver best-in-class service with every customer interaction.
Jenn currently resides in Georgia with her husband and two children. When not a work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and arts and crafts.
Aaron Thornley, Procurement Specialist
Aaron joined the Essential Ingredients team back in 2018, serving the Logistics team for three years. He was responsible for customer routing for freight as well as managing third-party logistics. Aaron transitioned over to the supply chain side in 2021, first working on inventory control and then transitioning to the supplier relations and buying side. He officially joined the Indspyre side as the Procurement Specialist, which combines all of the roles he has previously worked in at Essential Ingredients.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys playing sports with this friends (Golf, volleyball and pickleball are the current go-tos), going to breweries, playing board games and card games, watching football or just about any sport on the television, and spending time with his community and friends.
Sam Christenberry, Procurement Specialist
Sam graduated from the University of North Georgia and joined the Essential Ingredients team in 2022. While there he worked in Logistics, coordinating customer shipments from warehouses around the country and assisting the supply chain team. In 2024, he transitioned to the IndSpyre Solutions team as part of their Procurement/Supply Chain team.
Sam currently lives near Atlanta, Georgia. When not at work, he enjoys sports, video games, reading, spending time with friends.
