Chembetaine™ C surfactant is a coconut oil-derived, mild amphoteric cleansing and foaming agent that can be formulated with other surfactants to reduce the overall irritation. It is an excellent choice when formulating mild shower gels, shampoos, bubble baths, liquid soaps, and skin cleansers.
It is stable in acid and alkaline environments and recommended for use as a performance booster in hand soaps and industrial cleaners as well.
